Terms of Service — DALFASTART

These terms govern purchases and use of DALFASTART. By buying or downloading from the store you agree to them.

1. Digital products

All products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped. After successful payment you receive download links on-screen, by email, and in your account library.

2. Personal-use permission

Each purchase gives the original buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the downloaded artwork. The artwork file itself is not sold or transferred.

You may:

Print the artwork for your own home or personal workspace.
Use a professional printing service solely to make those personal copies.
Create occasional physical gifts for family or friends, provided no payment is received.
Keep reasonable backup copies and re-download the files through your account.

You may not:

Share, redistribute, sublicense or resell the digital files.
Sell printed copies or place the artwork on products or merchandise.
Use the artwork in business premises, rental properties, client projects, advertising or branding.
Upload the files to marketplaces, stock libraries, print-on-demand services, NFT platforms or AI-training datasets.
Claim authorship, register the artwork as a trademark or present it as an exclusive work.

DALFASTART does not currently offer separate commercial licence tiers. For a use not clearly covered above, contact us before using the artwork. order@dalfastart.com.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in euros; applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

4. Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final once a download link has been issued. If files are defective or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Downloads & access

Download links have generous limits. Your account library provides ongoing access; we may refresh limits on request. We may suspend access in cases of abuse, including link sharing or redistribution.

6. Responsible use

You may not use DALFASTART files in unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading contexts, or in any way that infringes another person’s rights.

7. Liability

The store and its products are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page.
